Fixture

It was a fantastic turnout from both players and supporters for this third fixture in memory of Keith. The game was played in great spirit with both sides battling hard and treating the game as if it was another league match. It was nice to see some of our ex youth players return who played with Jack, hopefully they will continue for next season. Nelson won the game 10-6, with both sides showing some great skills and making the game very enjoyable to watch.  There was a great atmosphere in the clubhouse afterwards, with the speeches from Ben and the Chairmen from both clubs emphasising the importance of this great occasion.   Over £1,000 was raised for Cancer Research from the sales of hot dogs, raffle tickets and programmes.
