Fixture

It was a hard away fixture at Abercwmboi with a heavy pitch and a very cold wind . It was Treharris that opened the scoring with Dale Evans finding his kicking form and converting 2 early penalties.  Abercwmboi narrowed the margin with a rolling maul to cross for the first try of the game .

Abercwmboi were penalised for not releasing and Dale Evans stepped up to put Treharris back into the lead . 5-9

Late in the first half Abercwmboi dropped a goal to keep it close. Half time: 8-9

Treharris spent the second half defending with Abercwmboi  counter attacking any progress. Abercwmboi went into the lead for the first time with a converted push over try. 15-9

An interception took the game beyond Treharris when Abercwmboi crossed for their second try and the final score.
